Staff and Leadership
Who We Are
Our Team & Leadership
The Leadership Team of Intersect is made up of people from every walk of life, all of which work in jobs/careers outside of the church. While there is a lead pastor, each serves as a pastor (shepherd) in some capacity within their own intersections of influence. While some ministry leaders are highlighted here for their specific roles within the community, we recognize that every member of the body is called to lead at some level. We recognize that the degree to which we can work together as a community (body) is the degree to which we will bring the hope of Jesus to the world.
Michelle and her husband Danny have been married for 25 years and have 5 children. Together they have served in various forms of full and part-time ministry for over 20 years. Michelle most recently served as her church’s Discipleship Pastor full-time while Danny served as Youth Pastor part-time in Elizabeth City, NC. They are a very powerful team and love serving Jesus together. Michelle holds pastoral credentials through the Evangelical Methodist Church.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in English Education from Elizabeth City State University. She has taught secondary English for fifteen years. Danny has worked in Fire administration for the last 15 years. He is currently Fire Inspector for the City of Moscow.
Danny and Michelle are passionate about family discipleship, as well as home and foreign missions. As a family, they love hiking, camping, and all things outdoors..
Terry and his wife, Linda, are longtime residents of the Palouse, business owners in Moscow, parents of four grown children and together have a long history of leadership and service in local churches in the Moscow and Pullman communities, with a particular focus on spiritual formation and leadership development.
